At Yaarideal, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
📅 Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
After 7 days, we won’t be able to offer a return or exchange.
✅ Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- 📦 Product must be unused and in original condition
- 📦 Must be returned with original packaging
- 🧾 Order ID / invoice is required
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- 🎁 Gift cards
- 📱 Mobile Screen Guards
- 📱 Mobile Tempered Glass
- 💾 Downloadable products
- 🧴 Personal care / hygiene items
⚠️ Wrong Product / Wrong Model Ordered
If you have ordered the wrong model or wrong product by mistake:
- 🚫 This is not a Yaarideal mistake
- 🚚 Return shipping + re-shipping charges will be paid by the customer
- 🔁 Exchange will be processed only after receiving the product back
👉 Please double-check your phone model before placing the order.
🔧 Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- 📸 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- 📩 Share photos/videos + Order ID
✅ We will provide free replacement or refund after verification.
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- 📩 You will get an email confirmation
- ✅ If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- 💳 Amount will be credited to your original payment method
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If refund is not received:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your card provider
- Contact your bank
